Leave your TV, DVD and video games behind and experience first hand what kids and grownups did for entertainment in the early 1900s. Join us at Sar Ko Par Trails Park, for the Lenexa Old Fashioned Field Days, Sunday, May 6, 2007 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

This event is for everybody; no age limit and no fee to attend. There will be all kinds of games: Tug of War, Marbles, Horseshoes, Croquet, Gunny Sack Races, Hop Scotch, Ring around the rosey, fish pond for prizes, and more!

There will be food for purchase: hot dogs, hamburgers, cotton candy, kettle corn, root beer, etc. Additionally, there will entertainment such as a strolling magician, face painters, character artists, balloon sculptors and a juggling stilt-walker.
